OMEGA LARGE SIZE IMPECCABLE WW1 TRENCH WATCH SIGNED CASE DIAL AND MOVEMENT WELL SERVCIED 1920
STOCK NUMBER # OMEGA11620------I will start off by saying the bezel was badly beaten (I would assume by military service) so I did smooth down the bezel to match the rest of the case patina. This is an amazing trench watch from the Swiss Omega factories and produced in the year 1920 as the case serial number 5,951,909 tells me so as well the inner snap shut cuvette has the same number. The case alloy is plated nickel steel and now it is extra clean and quite strong are the wire thick lugs. From lug to lug this Omega trench watch is 43mm long and wide less the gold filled semi onion crown it is 36mm so it is a large size indeed. The enamel dial does have a line from 2:45 down to 5 pm in the near center and it is the original dial and hands to this piece. The Movement is signed and I put a yellow "Arrow" on the second scan to show you where it is signed. There are 15 jewels to this gem and each and every jewel has been inspected. This piece has been carefully serviced piece by piece so it is a nice reliable timekeeper indeed. The band in nylon and across it is 10mm and it does compliment this vintage Omega time piece as far as I am concerned. The movement is an Omega 13 Ligne size and no serial number as the case is where it is and correct for this early trench watch. Notice the 12 is at the winder which is a true genuine trench military piece. Serviced and ready to go for the year 1920

OMEGA STAINLESS STEEL "PIE PAN DIAL" SEAMASTER AND WELL SERVICED AUTOMATIC 1956
Hello Darryl, the Seamaster arrived at the Dry cleaners about 20 minutes ago. I'm absolutely delighted with it/ Your description was impeccable and so is the watch; which has obviously led a life of unblemished innocence since 1956.
Let me just repeat what an absolute delight it was doing business with you - for three main reasons - your generosity with the price reduction, the impeccable service, and the fact that you laughed at all my jokes.
I'm spending a lot of time drooling over you inventory, and I guarantee I'll be back soon. If you come across a pre 1935 Octagonal Rolex Oyster in silver don't even bother to post it - I'll take it,
Donc. A la prochaine.
