This is a Ladies model and the reference number is written on the inside of  the back of the case and between the lugs at the 12 position and it reads "6917". Between the lugs at the 6 position it reads the serial number 6,746,XXX" and this number tells me  the Rolex Swiss production date this piece from the year 1981 and you could never tell it has been worn. I can only assume by the condition it came to me it the lady that owned this piece wore it only on special occasions. The dial is mint the hands are perfect. The date turns over perfectly at 12 pm sharp. The total gold weight is nearly 55grams of solid 18 karat gold! The movement it is a fully automatic caliber 2030 with 28 clean and inspected ruby jewels. A few shakes and the movement takes off perfectly , that's how clean this gem is. The total length of this Rolex signed and gold hallmarked case is 34mm and wide not including the signed screw down Oyster Rolex crown it is 27mm wide. There are 31 solid gold links to this Rolex bracelet and not including the two 18 karat gold end links. The bracelet is well signed and original to this Rolex Ladies date-just chronometer movement. This Rolex bracelet reference number is 8570. This Rolex box and the two tags are included in the price and will be sold as a set complete. This is a genuine Rolex signed cushion case with no personal engravings to be found. This case is 35mm long and wide not including the crown it is 27mm wide. The dial is original and so are the hands and they do light up well indeed. This is a Solar Aqua model and sold by the Eaton's dept stores here in Canada NOTE PLEASE....less than 5% of all solar signed wrist watches are actually Rolex caliber 59. Most are from other factories that were allowed to sell to Eaton's under the trade name Solar. The case reference number is 1178 and the case serial number is 598,821. The movement is a Rolex signed caliber 59 an there are 17 extra clean and inspected ruby jewels. The band is 20mm in width never worn as it is new for sure. One turn of the crown and this manual wind Rolex wrist watch takes off in a perfect motion. Remember this as well, ALL Rolex and Tudor caliber 59 movement such as this genuine piece are signed under the dial "Rolex Geneve" in a small etched box around the letters. ROLEX VERY RARE CHRONOMETER MOVEMENT (EARLY DATE JUST MODEL) AND SERVICED PROPERLY INDEED 1957

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX285------Even the Python snake skin band is rare. The movement is even a rare piece as it is the early james bond model 1030 butterfly movement automatic date and just freshly serviced in the most proper manner indeed. This is a stainless steel 3 piece genuine Rolex case and the reference number for this Rolex case is 6534 which is correct for this butterfly automatic Rolex movement and dial. From lug to lug this piece is 43mm long and without the screw down Rolex crown it is 35mm wide. Notice the back is smooth and without any personal engravings and indeed it is an oyster case by Rolex Geneve S.A. The movement is once again a chronometer time keeper and it is written as such on the original Rolex dial and on the movement is reads adjusted to 5 positions and there are 25 super clean and inspected ruby jewels and all are in perfect health and order. Agian this fine example of Rolex know how is from 1957 and keeps time like a perfect piece. The band is 19mm in width and again it is snake skin and scarce as it is never found. One twist of this piece and the movement takes off perfectly so expect the finest from Rolex and Darlor Watch ;-)

I very much liked your story about the 1030 movement, I have an unbelievable but true story about a Rolex with a 1030 M movement.
In 1966 I got a Rolex Milgauss 6541 as a present after winning a TV quiz in he Netherlands with subject 007 and Ian Fleming.
I wore this baby for 35 years and it just never broke ! once I put it on a very strong Magnetic field from an IBM disk drive (mainframe disk)
and a friend put his Seiko on it (also antimagnetic) the Seiko never ever ran again but the Rolex just ticked on !
Just a month ago I sold the Milgauss for 30.000 usd (you read it right !) and bought a Submariner (no date) 14060 for 3000 usd and still have a bundle left to buy me a beamer or some such !
The 1030 M calibre just had a service every 5/6 years and I also did scuba dive with it for years. Also had a lot of flying time with some high G loadings, never ever stopped. So all the people complaining about Rolex losing seconds or whatever unimportant detail don't see the value of a piece made with love and dedication. And it also one hell of an investment ! The watch costed 200 usd in 1966 and made 30.000 in 2001 after a hard life, which watch in the world can even get close ?!

This is a 2 piece stainless steel Rolex oyster case with no personal engravings. The dial is 100% original never touched at all which in itself is a find and a half!. This Rolex  cushion Oyster patent case is 38mm long and wide not including the genuine and original oyster Rolex screw down crown it is 30mm. The case serial number is 345,463  and the case reference number is 3116 which is correct. This certified chronometer Rolex movement is a 10 1/2 hunter movement with 18 clean and examined ruby jewels.. It is written on the movement "timed 6 positions Chronometer" . This is once again a top shelf chronometer Rolex movement from the early 1940's.  Even the band is an original Pig skin. Well serviced amazing condition case, original dial and a certified chronometer that keeps deadly time !

ROLEX BOY SIZE SKY ROCKET MANUAL WIND AND SERVICED 1944

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX1990------Here you will find a super clean original Rolex Sky Rocket dial wrist watch and it is a boy size so please note this fact. The case is all stainless steel and it is an oyster Rolex screw in case with a Rolex screw down Oyster crown. This case is 36mm long and wide not including the crown it is 30mm. The dial is in awesome condition and the hands are all original. The case serial number is 196,969 which tells me this Swiss made Rolex was produced in the year 1944 and made for the Canadian Air force for world war 2. This movement is a well damaskeened caliber 59 with 15 clean jewels and again it has been properly serviced. The band is 16mm in width and it is genuine leather and the patina is complimentary to this steel Rolex case. On as closing note the reference number for this Rolex Oyster case is 3478.

ROLEX 14 KARAT GOLD CASE AND BRACELET EVEN THE DIAL!! 1974

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX4410----- I can assure you this piece has only been worn a few times and the bracelet is perfect!. This piece will fit a wrist aprox 6 inches around and it can be adjusted by a 1/4 of an inch either way. The case is tested and indeed 14 k it is!. The dial when I took it off to clean the watch was marked 14K. The hands are perfect and original to this piece. The crystal is a sapphire mineral piece.  The dial is MINT and again 14 k. The bracelet is with the Rolex crown logo at the clasp as the scan shows you. There are no personal engravings on this gold Rolex anywhere to be found. If you notice the last scan there is the Rolex logo on the inside of the back of this gold snap in Rolex case. The movement is just today freshly serviced, oiled and timed to perfection. This Rolex genuine movement has 17 cleaned Ruby jewels and it is signed Geneve Rolex indeed. The era for this stunning very elegant ladies Rolex is 1974 and again it has hardly been worn and in crisp condition.
