STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX592----- This is a Rolex factory Swiss wrist watch b and made for the  Canadian market model and freshly off my bench and onto my pages. This is a gold filled case and it is a Rolex Oyster water proof case with a Rolex screw down crown. This case is with a stainless steel screw in back with no personal engravings. The total length of this case is 43mm long and wide not including the crown it is 35mm. The case reference number is 4540 which is correct for this dial and movement. The dial is orignal as well the hands and the acrylic crystal has no flaws. The case serial number is 46,067. As the last scan shows you it is signed Tudor indeed. And under the dial side on the movement it is written "Tudor Geneve" so make no mistakes as it is genuine and 100% Rolex Tudor. This is a caliber 59 Rolex Tudor movement and there are 17 inspected and clean ruby jewels. It has been fully serviced and keeps great time. The band is 18mm in width and never worn. On a closing note this Rolex Tudor is from the year 1943 and it is  a manual wind.

This is an elegant cocktail size wrist watch with a diamond faucet crystal. Even the crown is a light gold color stone cabochon. This case is gold filled with a stainless steel screw in back with no personal engravings. The total length of this case is 27mm and wide not including the crown it is 20mm. The case is signed Tudor on the inside and the case serial number is 512,744 and from the mid 1960s is this cute lil ole Ladies Tudor Rolex. The movement is in sparkle clean condition and it has been just serviced so no worries at all. there are 17 extra fine and clean ruby jewels and it is an excellent time keeper indeed. ROLEX DATE GOLD FILLED TUDOR PRINCE AUTOMATIC AND SERVICIED 1957

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX680-----This is a super clean Tudor " Prince Rose" dial Rolex Tudor wrist watch and it has been freshly serviced to perfection. The case is gold filled at 40mm long and wide not including the Rolex signed screw down crown it is 33mm wide. The crystal is perfect and it has the raised Cyclops date aperture indeed.  The date turns over smoothly and perfectly at 12 pm sharp. This case is signed and made by Rolex as the oyster screw in back clearly tells you so. There are no personal engravings on this case. The movement is serviced by myself and it is an excellent time keeper with 25 clean and inspected ruby jewels. The caliber for this Tudor movement is 2462 and from the mid 1950's. The band is 19mm in width new never worn. This is an all orignal clean Rolex Tudor that will light up any power suit for sure!.

ROLEX 14 KARAT SOLID GOLD TOP AND SERVICIED, IMPECCABLE CONDITION  1949

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX315-----I tested this top of the Tudor signed case and in fact and 110% sure it is 14 karat gold and it is a Tudor model indeed. The back is a stainless steel snap in with no personal engravings at all. The case reference number is 891 and the case serial number is 704,724 which places this Swiss made Rolex Tudor to the year of production 1949. The case is with stunning horn lugs and again it is 14 karat solid gold. The total length of this case is 41mm long and wide not including the crown it is 33mm wide. The dial is excellent and the hands are original to this Tudor Rolex. This movement is a well serviced caliber 59 with 17 clean and inspected ruby jewels. This movement is not common as 90% of all caliber 59 movements are only signed on the main plate of the movement not on the train bridge like this example. One twist of the crown and it takes off perfectly. The band is 18mm in width never worn padded not a bend. A beauty indeed and fully warranted for a full 12 months.

ROLEX TUDOR "YORKE MODEL" MODEL NICE MAN'S SIZE AND SERVICED

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX300----- This is a well maintained piece and with a beautiful engraving on the back of this stainless steel screw in oyster back. The case is 40mm long and wide not including the oyster Rolex screw down crown it is 35mm in width. the dial is excellent and original as well as the hands. This case has a serial number and it is 91,806 This is  a manual wind Tudor signed movement with 17 jewels and recently serviced.  The jewels have all been inspected and the balance as well to be 100% sure it is poised and swinging in the most proper manner. The band is 18 mm in width and crisp. This piece is dated to 1954 and it does come with a one year warranty so no worries with this piece.

ROLEX TUDOR "OYSTER DATE" MODEL NICE MAN'S SIZE  1950

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX3285----- I will start by saying the case has been repaired but in good condition as the scan shows you. The back of the lugs are pitted and a bit near the oyster stainless steel back as well but again not bad. This case is gold filled and it is a Rolex made case. The length of this case is 43mm long and without the Rolex screw down crown it is 34mm wide. The case is without any personal engravings. The case reference number is 7944 (which is correct for this movement) and the case serial number is 223,027 which tells me this automatic Rolex Tudor was produced at the Rolex Swiss factories in the year 1950. The dial is all original and it is a textured dial with a date ring that has alternating red and black days markers. The movement is a high grade 395 and it is the EXACT same movement as the Rolex 1030 that was used in the James Bond Rolex submariner. The only difference is this one is signed Tudor and the Rolex of coarse is signed Rolex. There are 17 cleaned rubies and this piece has been fully serviced. The crown screws down tight and the date changes exactly at 12 pm sharp. The crystal is an acrylic Cyclops and in excellent condition. The band is 20mm in width and new never worn.  A great piece and if you can deal with the back of the case is ok condition then you have a superior piece to wear!.

A NOTE.....

Did you know the Rolex caliber 390/395 used in the early submariners is the same as this movement in this Tudor 390 or 395 date model. The only difference is the Tudor is cheaper but NOT in quality only in price!.

ROLEX BLACK DIAL TUDOR WRIST WATCH AND SERVICED 1946

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX9360----- Here we have a genuine caliber 59 Tudor movement and it is the exact same caliber movement as the Rolex caliber 59 but only the top plate is stamped "Tudor Geneve" instead of Rolex Geneve so rest assured this is a top quality time piece and well serviced for sure. The case is stainless steel at 38mm long and wide not including the crown it is 33mm. The dial is extra clean and original as well as the hands. This Handley signed case has no engravings on the snap in back and it is with a mirror finish. Keep in mind during the 1940's as the war was on going alloys were hard to find at times so Dennison , Handley, A.L.D. ID case company and other watch case companies produced cases for Rolex, Omega so indeed this case was made for this Rolex Tudor have no doubts at all. The movement is with 17 clean ruby jewels and the damaskeened pattern is quite nice indeed. The bamboo style band is made by the Rosenheim Co and sold with this piece back in 1944 when this Rolex Tudor was produced. A leather band can be added at no extra charge at all.

ROLEX  TUDOR WRIST WATCH AND SERVICED 1943

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX7790-----I have for sale a genuine Rolex Tudor boy size wrist watch so please make note this is not a big piece at all. The case is 36mm long and wide not including the crown it is 32mm. This an ID non oyster case. The case serial number is 445,257. The dial is original and extra fine for a wrist dating to 1943. The hands light up brightly and the crystal has not a flaw. The movement is a Tudor signed caliber 59 with 17 extra fine and clan ruby jewels. The band is leather never worn at 16mm in width. A good solid reliable piece  for sure. On a closing note there are no personal engravings on the back of this case and it is with a mirror finish.

ROLEX   "TUDOR" OYSTER PRINCE CLEAN STAINLESS CASE! 1955

 STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX9145-BB------ Here we have a nice sized Rolex Tudor Oyster prince model wrist watch and quite clean indeed inside and out. The case is all stainless steel and it is 44mm long and without the screw down generic crown it is 36mm wide. The case is made in Switzerland and you can see it is made by the Rolex watch company. There are no personal engravings on this case at all. The dial is near perfect and the hands and crystal are all original to this Rolex Tudor. This is an automatic movement and it is serviced properly so no worries at all. There are 25 cleaned ruby jewels and it is a Rolex Tudor caliber 2461. The era for this piece is 1955 and extra clean is this piece once again. The band is genuine Alligator Lizard and it is 19mm in width never worn. ROLEX "TUDOR" FRESHLY SERVICED OYSTER CASE 1948

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX6920-----First of all this is a Rolex screw down crown but it is worn as the scan will show you. Other than that this is a wild original Tudor Rolex dial and the case is indeed a waterproof Rolex oyster case but signed Tudor. The case serial number is 447635 which tells me this piece was produced in the year 1945. This case is a boy's size at 37mm long lug to lug and without the Rolex worn crown it is 32mm wide. The dial again is 100% original never touched at all. the case has no personal engravings on the back and quite clean. The movement is a Tudor/Rolex caliber 59 which means only the Rolex or the Tudor name under the dial side of the watch is different and the Rolex caliber 59 in EXACTLY the SAME as this Tudor caliber 59 movement and it has 17 cleaned Rubies. The band is 16mm in width and it is a genuine pig skin.

A NOTE.....

Did you know the Rolex caliber 59 movement with 17 jewels and 15 jewels are also Tudor's?

 The only difference being that if you take off the dial and look at the main plate of the watch it will be signed "Rolex Geneve" or "Tudor Geneve" in a small box. Some people take the Tudor plate and have the dial with the name Rolex on it to make more money. We at DARLOR warrant our pieces to be genuine , real and no "monkey Business" at all. As well the caliber 59 was produced for the Canadian market during the world war 2 era before and a bit after. Many names on the dials are for the 59 caliber. So there you have in in short. So be warned and ask a good dealer to show you a scan or in person where is says Rolex or Tudor and any honest dealer will take the time out to show you!.

ROLEX  SOLAR "AQUA KING OF WINGS" TUDOR WRIST WATCH 1955

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX4451------  There are many rumours about the name Aqua King of Wings. Solar was a name used by the Eaton Dept stores here in Canada but the name Aqua King of wings was stocked for the pilots of Trans Canada air lines in the Douglas aircraft DC-3 and Viscount days as they wanted a reliable watch and so the name was born Aqua King of Wings. Not many were produced in this name that are genuine true Rolex Tudor's as less than 5% of all Solar watches are Rolex and they MUST be in Oyster cases. I have here a genuine Pilot owned Aqua Tudor King of Wings and as you can see it's pretty much a great looking piece and well maintained by the previous owner of this time piece.  The dial is excellent and the hands are original to this gold filled Rolex Tudor Oyster case. This case is 42mm long and wide not including the Rolex screw down crown it is 35 mm in width. The back of this case has no personal engravings  and the case reference number is 4540. The case serial number is on the back of this case and it is 45,166 and this number tells me this Rolex Tudor Solar Aqua king of wings was produced in Switzerland in the year 1940 give or take a year. The back of this case is an oyster screw in and the band is 18mm in width leather never worn not a bend. The crystal is acrylic and perfect not a flaw. Rich in history, pilot worn and owned and well serviced.
