This case is a snap in gold filled back and it is perfect no engravings not a flaw at 40mm long and wide not including the crown it is 28mm. The case serial number is 50,023,199. The movement is pristine never used I kid you not. Under the dial when I took it off for cleaning it reads on the main plate in a box "Tudor Geneve" which is a caliber 59 movement Rolex. There are 17 extra fine and inspected ruby jewels and they are perfect and flawless.  The glass crystal is original and amazing. Here is a Rolex Tudor time piece that was for sure lost in a drawer for over 60 years and pooof on my pages has it landed and ready to go. The name Solar is or was owned by the Timothy Eaton and Sons department stores here in Canada and as I have mentioned to many of you the "Solar" brand is 95-7 per cent Swiss movements and NOT Rolex or Tudor and many people on EBay and other sites flog them as real but they are nothing more than cheap imitations as the Name "Solar" has been widely copied in the 50-1960's. At any time you should as the dealer/watchmaker or antique store to take off the dial so you can see the name "Rolex Geneve", "Tudor Geneve" marked on the main plate in a box that way you know for sure its real and with a genuine Crocodile band? simply put, this is a classis 1950's design and well serviced for sure.

ROLEX " PRINCE OYSTER DATE" TUDOR 14 KARAT GOLD FLUTED BEZEL JUST SERVICIED 1957

 STOCK NUMBER # TUDOR55-----As the scans shows you this is an original dial and there are changes never touched nor altered. This is a solid 14 karat Rolex gold fluted bezel and the case is 14 karat capped onto stainless steel and excellent as the scans also show you. The back is a Rolex signed back and it is an Oyster screw in back with a new Rolex gasket part. The total length of this Rolex Tudor is 40mm long and wide not including the Rolex screw down crown it is 35mm wide. The case tube has been replaced with a Rolex genuine tube and it is snug and fit most properly rest assured as the case is water proof and tested in our tank to 450 meters deep, no bubbles no condensation inside the case sealed atmosphere. The crystal is a new Rolex part only Cyclops window Rolex crystal and again installed air tight !. The hands light up well at night. This is an Tudor automatic date caliber 2462 movement and again well serviced and keeps deadly time indeed. There are 25 extra fine and inspected ruby jewels. ROLEX TUDOR "RANGER  PRINCESS" LADIES CASE AND SIGNED BRACELET AUTOMATIC AND SERVICED 1975

STOCK NUMBER # TUDOR50-----Here I have a Rolex Tudor Princess Ranger model wrist watch and it is genuine no added parts for sure. This is an all stainless steel 3 piece case with the Tudor shield signed bracelet and the links are all stainless steel. There are 10 links and two end pieces and the end pieces are signed "9584" which is correct for this Ladies Rolex Tudor Ranger Princess automatic wrist watch. I have serviced this automatic movement and it is spotless and keeps excellent time. The case reference number is 9311/0 and the case serial number is 822,524. This is a Tudor Rolex caliber 2651 with 21 clean and inspected ruby jewels. The dial is 100% original and never touched. The crystal is original and very clean with the Cyclops window for the date. The hands are also original to this Rolex Ladies princess Ranger movement. This is a quick set so when you pull out the crown once and turn it the date changes automatically so no need to go around and around. This case from lug to lug is 34mm long and wide not including the crown it is 28mm. There are no personal engravings on this case anywhere to be found. As you can see by the scan on the outside of the back of this oyster Rolex case it does in fact say" original oyster case by Rolex Geneva" so make no mistakes this is a terrific timepiece to last many generations! The year of Production is 1975 and runs like day one out of the factory.

A perfectly serviced genuine Rolex Tudor wrist watch with a nice gold filled case and an oyster stainless steel back with no personal engravings at all to be found. From lug to lug this Rolex Tudor is 42mm long and wide not including the Rolex signed screw down crown it is 35mm. The case serial number is 15,470 and on the inside of this Rolex Oyster watch case it has the reference number and it is 4530 which is correct for this manual wind Tudor signed caliber 59 movement. There are 17 extra fine ruby jewels and each one has been inspected. The movement again is well maintained and keeps excellent time. As the scan shows you this is a very clean movement with an original Tudor Yorke dial. The band is 18mm in width never worn not a bend. ROLEX TUDOR 18 KARAT ROSE GOLD LADIES WRIST WATCH FRESHLY SERVICED 1952

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX TUDOR490-----I have for sale a ladies Rolex Tudor 18 karat solid rose gold contract case and it has been recently fully serviced. This case is hallmarked as the scan shows you clearly. The serial number for this 18 karat gold tested rose gold case is 2093. From end to end this piece is 26mm and the lugs are gold wire lugs and fixed. The width of this watch less the sapphire stone crown it is 16mm. The dial is original and it reads "Tudor Precision". The movement is freshly serviced as mentioned before and it has 15 ruby jewels and each and every jewel has been inspected. This is manual wind piece and dates to the year 1952. Swiss made with a nice rose gold filled bracelet to compliment this 18 karat rose gold Rolex Tudor wrist watch. The band can expand to fit any size wrist for sure.

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX592----- This is a Rolex factory Swiss wrist watch b and made for the  Canadian market model and freshly off my bench and onto my pages. This is a gold filled case and it is a Rolex Oyster water proof case with a Rolex screw down crown. This case is with a stainless steel screw in back with no personal engravings. The total length of this case is 43mm long and wide not including the crown it is 35mm. The case reference number is 4540 which is correct for this dial and movement. The dial is orignal as well the hands and the acrylic crystal has no flaws. The case serial number is 46,067. As the last scan shows you it is signed Tudor indeed. And under the dial side on the movement it is written "Tudor Geneve" so make no mistakes as it is genuine and 100% Rolex Tudor. This is a caliber 59 Rolex Tudor movement and there are 17 inspected and clean ruby jewels. It has been fully serviced and keeps great time. The band is 18mm in width and never worn. On a closing note this Rolex Tudor is from the year 1943 and it is  a manual wind.

This case has a serial number and it is 91,806 This is  a manual wind Tudor signed movement with 17 jewels and recently serviced.  The jewels have all been inspected and the balance as well to be 100% sure it is poised and swinging in the most proper manner. The band is 18 mm in width and crisp. This piece is dated to 1954 and it does come with a one year warranty so no worries with this piece.

ROLEX TUDOR "OYSTER DATE" MODEL NICE MAN'S SIZE  1950

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX3285----- I will start by saying the case has been repaired but in good condition as the scan shows you. The back of the lugs are pitted and a bit near the oyster stainless steel back as well but again not bad. This case is gold filled and it is a Rolex made case. The length of this case is 43mm long and without the Rolex screw down crown it is 34mm wide. The case is without any personal engravings. The case reference number is 7944 (which is correct for this movement) and the case serial number is 223,027 which tells me this automatic Rolex Tudor was produced at the Rolex Swiss factories in the year 1950. The dial is all original and it is a textured dial with a date ring that has alternating red and black days markers. The movement is a high grade 395 and it is the EXACT same movement as the Rolex 1030 that was used in the James Bond Rolex submariner. The only difference is this one is signed Tudor and the Rolex of coarse is signed Rolex. There are 17 cleaned rubies and this piece has been fully serviced. The crown screws down tight and the date changes exactly at 12 pm sharp. The crystal is an acrylic Cyclops and in excellent condition. The band is 20mm in width and new never worn.  A great piece and if you can deal with the back of the case is ok condition then you have a superior piece to wear!.

Did you know the Rolex caliber 390/395 used in the early submariners is the same as this movement in this Tudor 390 or 395 date model. The only difference is the Tudor is cheaper but NOT in quality only in price!.

ROLEX "TUDOR" FRESHLY SERVICED OYSTER CASE 1948

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX6920-----First of all this is a Rolex screw down crown but it is worn as the scan will show you. Other than that this is a wild original Tudor Rolex dial and the case is indeed a waterproof Rolex oyster case but signed Tudor. The case serial number is 447635 which tells me this piece was produced in the year 1945. This case is a boy's size at 37mm long lug to lug and without the Rolex worn crown it is 32mm wide. The dial again is 100% original never touched at all. the case has no personal engravings on the back and quite clean. The movement is a Tudor/Rolex caliber 59 which means only the Rolex or the Tudor name under the dial side of the watch is different and the Rolex caliber 59 in EXACTLY the SAME as this Tudor caliber 59 movement and it has 17 cleaned Rubies. The band is 16mm in width and it is a genuine pig skin.

Did you know the Rolex caliber 59 movement with 17 jewels and 15 jewels are also Tudor's?

 The only difference being that if you take off the dial and look at the main plate of the watch it will be signed "Rolex Geneve" or "Tudor Geneve" in a small box. Some people take the Tudor plate and have the dial with the name Rolex on it to make more money. We at DARLOR warrant our pieces to be genuine , real and no "monkey Business" at all. As well the caliber 59 was produced for the Canadian market during the world war 2 era before and a bit after. Many names on the dials are for the 59 caliber. So there you have in in short. So be warned and ask a good dealer to show you a scan or in person where is says Rolex or Tudor and any honest dealer will take the time out to show you!.

ROLEX  SOLAR "AQUA KING OF WINGS" TUDOR WRIST WATCH 1955

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX4451------  There are many rumours about the name Aqua King of Wings. Solar was a name used by the Eaton Dept stores here in Canada but the name Aqua King of wings was stocked for the pilots of Trans Canada air lines in the Douglas aircraft DC-3 and Viscount days as they wanted a reliable watch and so the name was born Aqua King of Wings. Not many were produced in this name that are genuine true Rolex Tudor's as less than 5% of all Solar watches are Rolex and they MUST be in Oyster cases. I have here a genuine Pilot owned Aqua Tudor King of Wings and as you can see it's pretty much a great looking piece and well maintained by the previous owner of this time piece.  The dial is excellent and the hands are original to this gold filled Rolex Tudor Oyster case. This case is 42mm long and wide not including the Rolex screw down crown it is 35 mm in width. The back of this case has no personal engravings  and the case reference number is 4540. The case serial number is on the back of this case and it is 45,166 and this number tells me this Rolex Tudor Solar Aqua king of wings was produced in Switzerland in the year 1940 give or take a year. The back of this case is an oyster screw in and the band is 18mm in width leather never worn not a bend. The crystal is acrylic and perfect not a flaw. Rich in history, pilot worn and owned and well serviced.
