The movement is a 13 ligne signed "Civic" piece with 3 clean and inspected jewels and adjusted with 3 positions at the Swiss factory. The serial number for this 3/0 size movement is 19,228,908 which tells me this piece was produced in Waltham Mass at the factory in the year 1914.
