ELGIN GOLD PLATE CASE ART-DECO ALL ORIGINAL CAR CLOCK WELL SERVCIED

STOCK NUMBER # ELGIN935----- Freshly serviced is this model 2 class 113 , 12 size Elgin car clock and the dial is absolutely near perfect and art-deco as the scan shows you clearly. The hands are original and even the glass crystal which is  perfect. Across this Elgin signed case is 45mm and the case serial number is 2,993,367. This car clock case is made of nickel and flashed gold plate as well only 1000 pieces were produced for this model and I am certain not many survived in this condition.  The movement is perfectly serviced and keeps killer time for sure. There are 7 clean and inspected jewels to this gem and it is a 12 size manual wind stem set and stem wind. The serial number for this Elgin is 31,338,199 which places this made in the USA Elgin car clock to the year 1828. As clean as can be and well serviced!

STOCK NUMBER # PURSE1120----- I have for sale a fully serviced and in mint condition "snake Skin" fold up purse watch. This piece across is 40mm and as it is round it is 40mm from top to bottom. The bow is perfect and can be worn as a pendant necklace with ease. The Snake skin truly is flawless for a piece made in the year 1930. The inner case is made of pure nickel and with no personal engravings at all. The serial number for this case is 62014/14. This is a Swiss made manual wind movement and it has been cleaned and serviced properly. The dial is enamel and  near perfect and the filigree hands are gold. The crystal is glass and  flawless. A stunning piece indeed and near mint!.

PURSE ART-DECO ENAMEL CLOCK IN EXCELLENT ALL OVER CONDITION AND SERVCIED 1936

STOCK NUMBER # PURSE1110----- This is a little beauty indeed as it is only33mm across and 35mm long and the bow is strong so it can be worn as a pendant with a chain. The case is red enamel on both sides and crisp with a few lines. It opens up to display the time as the scans show you. This case is made of nickel and again the inside is mint new old stock. The serial number for this case is 149,833 and the case reference number is 4897/12. The dial is mint and gold textured in design and the hands are gold leaf and all original to this piece. The movement is an A.S caliber 341 Swiss made manual wind with 15 clean and inspected jewels. This piece was produced in the year 1936 and it does keep nice time indeed ;-)

STOCK NUMBER # ELGIN76--------I have for sale a fully serviced gold filled and plate purse watch and the lid pops open perfectly with the push of the crown. Across this Elgin American made purse watch is 40mm and of coarse it is the same length wise. The dial is mint, the crystal is mint and the hands are original and mint. The movement is an Elgin 17 jewel manual wind piece and I just serviced this gem. This Elgin purse watch was produced in the USA at the Elgin factory in the year 1973 and keeps great time for sure ;-)

 CARRIAGE CLOCK HOUR AND 1/2 HOUR STRIKE AND FULLY SERVICIED

STOCK NUMBER # CA100------"Ding ding ding" is the sound you will hear every half hour and every hour like "clock work". This is a brass carriage clock that is  5 1/4 inches high and 3 3/4 inches across. The enamel dial is very clean and the hands are original.  The balance and escapement bridge had been poised and adjusted as well as the entire clock has been cleaned and serviced so expect a great time keeper from the 1900 era. The glass coverings are clean, one or two have issues but small as the glass is all original. This striking carriage clock is signed . One turn of the key and this British Carriage clock takes off to a perfect swing. The swing out handle is tight never repaired.

The key is included naturally.

 SWISS MADE 1/4 HOUR CAR CLOCK REPEATER AND FRESHLY CLEANED AND SERVICED

STOCK NUMBER # SWISS REPEATER 1000------Push the button down at the side of the case and the bell will count down the hours and 1/4 hour minutes perfectly This may be an Invicta Swiss made piece as it is not signed or possibly a LePhare movement. but in any case it is Swiss and just serviced properly so no worries at all. the case is in nice condition and it is nickel worn to Brass. The crystal is glass and the back has no personal engravings at all. the dial is enamel and excellent as well as the original hands. This piece is Swiss made From the early1920's and it was used as a car clock or later on a case could have been made for this piece and used as a desk clock. The width of this piece is 73mm.  To add more pizzazz to this piece it is an 8 day reserve power so it can go for over a week before it needs to be wound up again. There are 15 cleaned jewels to this Swiss repeater movement and it has been adjusted with four positions. It is signed Herald Watch Co but indeed this is only a distributor's name and not the maker tot his Swiss gem. The hammers hit the metal cold perfectly and a crisp "DING" can be herd indeed. A stunning piece hardly ever up for sale but  here at Darlor we have " many Rabbits" in our hat!
