ROLEX "CASE REFERENCE 2940 " CHRONOMETER FACTORY ORIGINAL DIAL GENUINE BUBBLE BACK ALL STAINLESS STEEL AND WELL SERVICED   1943

 STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX11160-----I have for sale a freshly well serviced the proper way Rolex Oyster case genuine bubble back and it keeps terrific time for sure. This is a 2 piece stainless steel bubble back case and from lug to lug this Rolex signed case is 40mm long and wide not including the Oyster screw down Rolex crown it is 33mm. The crystal for sure had to be changed and the hands are original with new luminous material and the patina is an exact match to the original colour. This is a factory never altered dial. The case serial number is 261,346 which places this excellent condition bubble back to the Swiss Rolex factory in the year of 1943. The movement has been fully cleaned once again and it is a Rolex automatic caliber 645 with 17 Ruby jewels and they have all be cleaned and inspected. The rotor system has two Ruby jewels and they are also inspected and cleaned the proper way then oiled. The case reference number is 2940. The band is imported Pig skin and 17mm in width never worn not a bend.

ROLEX "CASE REFERENCE 3136  "  MILITARY "OBSERVATORY" DIAL CHRONOMETER MOVEMENT AND WELL SERVCIED 1939

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX60------Just freshly off my bench and serviced the proper way with never any shortcuts taken. This is a 2 piece early Rolex case and made of hardened stainless steel. From lug to lug this case is a touch under 40mm and across less the signed Rolex screw down oyster crown this case is 30mm. The back of this case has a serial number and it is 148,030 and the case reference number is 3116 which is correct for this movement and dial. The back is a screw in with no personal engravings. The dial is excellent and it is a 24 hour military piece. Under the name "Rolex" it is signed "Chronometer" and above the 6 position it reads on the dial "Observatory". The hands I did relume as they were all cracked and the luminous was falling off on the dial. This is the exact same patina as the original luminous material and now they are bright at night. The crown I want to mention is signed "Oyster Patent" and super clean and crisp in condition.  This is a top of the line Rolex 10.5 Hunter model movement and it is a certified chronometer. There are 18 clean and inspected ruby jewels. On the train bridge it is marked " Timed 6 positions, Chronometer".  Again this manual wind Rolex Chronometer has been serviced and it does keep amazing time for sure. Produced at the Rolex factory in the year 1939. The band is a period piece made of Pig skin and 16mm in width. Truly this is an iconic era for Rolex watches.

ROLEX  LADIES 14 KARAT SOLID GOLD COCKTAIL WATCH AND WELL SERVICED 1978

STOCK NUMBER # ROLEX88820------A well serviced ladies Rolex cocktail size wrist watch and it is in a 14 karat yellow gold Rolex signed case. Across this little timepiece is only 26mm and without the signed solid gold Rolex crown it is 15mm. The crystal is a diamond shape Sapphire crystal and perfect not a scratch of coarse. The case is a 2 piece snap in with no personal engravings. The case serial number is written on the inside and it is 91,283. ROLEX "CASE REFERENCE 6332"  GOLD FILLED (GOLDEN EGG MODEL)  SEMI BUBBLE BACK AND WELL SERVICED 1955

STOCK NUMBER # ROL90-----Here is a beautiful patina change all original Rolex semi bubble back wrist watch and just off my bench so it is well serviced. This is a gold filled top with a stainless steel semi bubble back steel screw in back and there are no personal engravings. From lug to lug this Rolex case is 43mm long and wide not including the signed Rolex screw down crown it is 34mm. This case reference number is 6332 and this is the correct movement and dial for this case for sure. The movement is a Rolex fully automatic 645 with 18 jewels on the movement and two jewels on the rotor and all 20 jewels have been inspected, cleaned and oiled properly so expect a great time keeper. If you notice on the train bridge it does reads timed 6 positions so it is short of a perfect chronometer. This "Golden Egg" Rolex is a not so easy piece to acquire and especially when it is all original. The band is 19mm in width never worn not a bend crisp new. The era for this Golden Egg semi bubble back Rolex wrist watch is 1955 and runs like day one as it is that well taken care of all these years and just serviced properly for sure.

This gold filled Rolex Oyster case is 35mm long and without the screw down crown it is 30mm. This Rolex case serial number is 189,634 from 1939 and the case reference number is 3478. This is a gold filled Oyster case with a steel screw in coin edged Oyster back with a personal engraving dated March,12-43".This is a factory original dial never altered never touched as well as the hands have the original luminous. The crystal needless to say has been changed and is water tight and check for as such. The screw down crown is worn and it is water tight and inspected. This is a signed caliber 5 9 movement and signed "Rolex Geneve" under the dial as the scan shows you. there are 17 clean and inspected ruby jewels.. From fixed lug to fixed lug this piece is 32mm long and wide less the crown this case is 23mm wide. The width between the fixed lugs is 12mm and we can included a nice leather band if so desired no charge. The dial is with patina changes and it is original for sure never touched nor altered as well as the hands. The crystal is glass and excellent. This is a Rolex "Extra Prima" movement with a genuine Rolex made hairspring and timed to 6 positions so this is a high grade piece for sure. ROLEX  "CASE REFERENCE 2784 " STAINLESS STEEL SIGNED "SOLAR AQUA" MILITARY DIAL ALL ORIGINAL FACTORY DIAL AND SERVICED 1939

STOCK NUMBER # ROL707------I have for sale a fully serviced genuine Rolex signed on the dial "Solar Aqua". "Solar" is a registered name for the "Eaton's Dept stores" here in Canada and "Aqua" simply put means waterproof. This is an early Oyster water proof case with the original "Oyster" screw down Rolex crown. From lug to lug this Rolex case is 39mm long and wide not including the signed Oyster patent crown it is 33mm so it is a boy's size. The dial is absolutely factory never touched, cleaned or altered any way shape or form. The hands I did redo and they are bright at night time. I will say the luminous compound is the exact same as before. The case reference number is 2784 and the case serial number is 256,976 and this serial number tells me this Early Rolex Solar Aqua was produced in the year 1939. The movement is well serviced and keeps great time and there are 17 clean and examined Ruby jewels.  Notice on the train bridge it does read" Oyster Watch Ltd Geneva" which is an early model. Under the dial is a box it does read "Rolex Geneve". The band is a Pig skin and this piece was sold with a band such as this and the band is made in England. This is a stunning early Rolex in an Oyster case and remember well serviced and all pieces come with a two year warranty parts and labour unless dropped of coarse ;-)

Soon after production of the first officially certified chronometer movement in 1910, Wilsdorf started work investigating the main causes that made watches in general unreliable - dust and moisture ingress into the movement. In these early days of the wrist watch, dust and moisture would enter the case through the winder (crown) and through the case itself. Wilsdorf solved the problem by the invention of the "Screw Crown" that proved to be an effective barrier against these airborne nasties. The case was waterproofed and a clever advertising campaign begun in which a Rolex could be seen dangling in a fish tank. Hence the Oyster watch case company along with the "FF" Fontemelon watch factory developed this Oyster screw down crown and screw back water proof case for our Canadian market.

This is a solid 14 karat white gold case with 3 brilliant diamonds on each side and they have been tested and verified. Please note that Rolex only used the best of the best DeBeers diamonds. This is a ladies Rolex cocktail watch and it is a manual wind piece. From lug to lug the total length is 28mm and across less the signed gold Rolex crown it is 16mm. The crystal is with a diamond edge and it is a Sapphire crystal. The dial is original and the hands as well. The case is signed and tested for 14 karat and indeed it is as such. The case serial number is L-80814 and it is a snap in back. Please note there is a personnel engraving to this case. From lug to lug this Oyster signed "R.W.C" case is 40mm long and wide not including the screw down patent Rolex signed crown it is  "Oyster"29mm. This is a very clean and solid stainless steel case and all seals are checked for water tightness indeed. The crystal is perfect and the hands re lumniated so they light up at night. The dial is untouched, never altered in any way shape or form. The movement under the dial side on the main plate is signed "Rolex Geneve" in a box.
