ELGIN 23 JEWEL RARE POCKET WATCH AND SERVICED
STOCK NUMBER # ELGIN730------This is the best of the best for a 12 size elegant
size Elgin gold filed pocket watch as it is the 23 jewel model indeed with a
"moustache" regulator. This is a 12 size by American standards and across this
gold filled case is 48mm. The dial is original enamel and was produced for this
23 jewel open face model Elgin pocket watch. The case is signed "Cashier
Warranted". The serial number for this case is 407,254. This is a stem set and
stem wind high grade pocket watch and the damaskeened pattered is amazing in
design and crisp and sharp. The serial number for this 12 size wonder is
7,499,009 and this number tells me it was produced in the year 1898 over 112
years young and it keeps killer time like a top shelf piece should. This is not
run of the mill and should be treated as a special piece that can be and should
be worn each and everyday. Even the center wheel is gold and the jewels
are all in large raised gold jewel settings as the scan shows you clearly. Notice
the gold cap on the pallat this is the part to the left of the big wheel
(balance wheel) you can see it is gold and keeps the cap jewel in place. I love
the fact the all the screw are gold flashed and the balance bridge cap jewel is
solid gold as this piece never ends with quality. There are no personal

from the year 1891 I kid you not and this dial is as rare is it comes and
perfect is the word indeed. This is a gold filled case and signed "fortune". The
serial number for this gold filled case is 93,919 and it is a beauty and in fine
condition. One push of the crown and the lid pops right open. This case across
is 43mm. The movement is a Waltham model 1890 6 size and it runs like day one.
There are 15 clean and inspected jewels to this stem wind and stem set
Waltham fancy original enamel dial pocket watch. The year of production is
5,361,494 and again it is from the year 1891 and it is a perfect time keeper as
you can see by the scans the movement is nearly new old stock just like this

across it is only 48mm wide. This gold filled case is signed "C.W.C Crescent"
and the reference number is 3178. The dial is original and clean. The hands are

jewelled motor barrel and there are 19 clean and inspected ruby jewels to this
Hamilton 12 size high grade piece. Notice the jewels are in raised gold

American made pocket watch and it is a 12 size by American standards it can

height is only aprox 9mm and this includes the perfect glass crystal. The case

"THE AUTOCRAT" WHITE GOLD FILLED CASE AND SERVICED
STOCK NUMBER # ILLINOIS600-4------Just a nice clean lil old Illinois "the
Autocrat" model pocket watch. This is a clean 12 size stem wind and stem set
model Illinois pocket watch and recently well serviced with never a short cut
taken. the case is white gold filled and signed "autocrat Model" so you know
this is the correct case for this movement. The case serial number is 6,589,497.
The movement is slim and can fit into any pocket as this pocket watch is only
45mm across ands slim indeed. The damaskeened pattern for this piece is
excellent and it is 17 clean and inspected ruby jewels and this is a double
roller model. the serial number for this Illinois "the Autocrat" model is
4,336,953 which tells me the year of production is 1923. The dial is original as

again is an 18 size stem wind and lever set with 17 clean ruby jewels. The
serial number for this private label pocket watch is 1,716,914 and it is signed
"Illinois" with the name Carl W. Anderson & Co. The age for this beauty is 1904
and it looks and runs as if it was brand new. This piece again has been fully

E. HOWARD GOLD FILLED SIZE 12 POCKET WATCH FULLY SERVICED

fact signed Howard Boston. This is a nice slim elegant size pocket watch that
can be worn in a vest or suit pants pocket. The case is god filled and it is
47mm across and with the bow down it is 55mm long. The dial is an enamel
Howard dial and quite clean indeed. the hands are original and the hands are
original to this serviced Howard USA made pocket watch. The case serial number
is 1,009,778 and made for the Howard Watch company by Crescent Case Mfg in the
United States. The movement is a nice nickel damaskeened finished Howard and it
is a 12 size stem wind and stem set model. there are 17 cleaned jewels to this
piece and adjusted with 3 positions. the movement serial number is 1,290,549
which tells me this Howard was produced in the year 1915. This is a good
solid time keeper and it is USA.

WALTHAM
"EXTRA RARE" HOME WATCH BY WALTHAM WATCH COMPANY
STOCK NUMBER # WALTHAM3434-4------ I will start with this piece by saying this
Waltham watch was made with the name "Home Watch Co" for the civil war vets
returning "home" after the war was declared over. The year this piece was
produced was 1874, 9 years after the war was finished. The dial is so old that
there are pins through the feet of this enamel dial to keep it locked into place
on the movement. The dial as well is perfect and has survived over 133 years!.
The case is silveroid and in excellent condition for it's age with an inner
cuvette and there is a key hole to wind this movement up. The case serial number
is 8,086,609 and produced by the "Keystone Watch Case" company in the USA . The
movement is again signed Waltham "Home Watch" and produced in west Roxbury
South of Boston and signed on the movement "Boston Mass". This is a key wind
from the back and key set over the minute hand. There is a squared out notch
over the minute hand that the key fits into and turns the hands to the correct
time. There are 7 jewels to this 18 size movement and it is the famous early
Waltham model 1857. The key comes with this piece of coarse as well as a chain
and pouch. This is a great piece of American history that you can wind and wear
with pride. It truly is a museum piece that you can wear and proudly display.

"TIME KING" TWO TONE MOVEMENT AND SERVICED
STOCK NUMBER # ILLINOIS4015-4------First things first. Notice this genuine
Illinois dial has red dots at each Arabic number and not everyday is this found.
This is a wonderful 2 tone Illinois Time King movement in a gold filled case and
freshly serviced. This is a 16 size stem wind and stem set piece and the dial
again is original and not common. The hands are thick spade railway hands and
made for this model. The case across is 50mm and there are no personal
engravings on this case. The case is signed "Wadsworth Pilot" and the serial
number is 2412173. The movement again is serviced and it is a 16 size two tone
Illinois model with 19 clean jewels and adjusted with 3 positions as indicated
on the movement. The serial number for this Time King Illinois is 3,661,446
which tells me it was produced in the USA at the Illinois factories in the year
1920. The crystal is glass and not a flaw to be found. This is a well rounded
piece and keeps excellent time for sure. A pouch is added no extra charge.

Hamilton pocket watch in a clean gold filled case and a perfect glass crystal

number for this case is 8,989,527. The movement is just freshly serviced and it

WALTHAM "ELLERY" KEY WIND COIN SILVER CASE AND SERVICED
STOCK NUMBER # WALTHAM6224-----This piece was produced in the year 1879 and you
have to hear how well this one ticks and keeps time!. The movement is from the
Waltham factories in Waltham Mass near Boston and the Name "Ellery" is in honor
of "Mr. William Ellery". This case is coin silver or 80% pure silver with 20%
Nickel. This case is signed "Dueber" and the serial number is 398612 model "3".
The case across is 58mm as it holds an 18 size Waltham pocket watch. This
movement is a model 1857 with 11 jewels and freshly serviced. The serial number
for this key wind and key set movement is 1,383,122. The movement is super clean
with a good solid name and with a chain and key , you can't go wrong!. The dial
is enamel and original to this watch as well as the hands.

ELGIN "H .H. TAYLOR " KEY WIND, PINNED DIAL! HUNTER MODEL
STOCK NUMBER # ELGIN3500------This is a not so easy to find serviced Elgin
pocket watch. The dial has three feet that sink into the movement and 99.99 % of
the time there are screws on the side of the movement that screw into the
movement and touch the feet of the dial to hold the enamel dial in place BUT!
this one is rare as the feet have little holes in them and go through the
movement and on the other side of the dial plate you can just see the holes in
the feet and a small stud is placed into these holes to keep the dial down nice
a snug. This again is not common as well as the regulator is an Elgin wonder!
The case is a gold filled case is nice clean condition and the serial number is
2243636-C. Across this gold filled case is 58mm. When you push down the crown
the lid "pops" right open. The dial is extra clean and the hands are to spank
your momma for! as they are just simply beautiful! The crystal is glass as I
can't stand cheap plastic on such fine little American know how's! The movement
is fully cleaned , timed and oiled to perfection. This is an 18 size stem wind
and lever set at the 5 position. The jewel count for this H. H. Taylor Elgin
pocket watch is 15 jewels and the movement serial number is a low 1,058,737. The
year of production for this amazing early Elgin is 1882 and I can even date his
piece by my historical Horological books to the month of June!
