ELGIN FANCY BOX HINGED GOLD FILLED CASE "B.W. RAYMOND"18 SIZE AND SERVICED 1892

Dear Sir:

Received my watch and cannot express in mere words how pleased I am with it. Despite the minor character imperfections, reasonable to expect in a watch that is from 1892, I could not be more thrilled.

I keeps incredibly accurate time, on par with my Dad's old Omega Seamaster.

My grandfather's Elgin was very similar with the exception of the 24 hour dial. It was given to my eldest son and I know my younger son will be absolutely elated with this one.

Thanks again, Darryl! You are a true gentleman to deal with. I expect to have more dealings with you in the future.

HAMILTON 18 SIZE CALIBER 927 HUNTER MOVEMENT & SWING OUT COIN SILVER CHOO CHOO GOLD INLAY CASE 1901

STOCK NUMBER # HA50------Just cleaned and serviced is this 18 size model 927 hunter movement and there are 17 clean and inspected jewels to this large size Hamilton signed movement. The dial is Hamilton factory enamel and quite clean as the scan shows you clearly. The hands are thin railroad spade Hamilton hands and the crystal is glass with no flaws at all. The movement serial number is 167,687 and this tells me it was produced at the Lancaster PA Hamilton factory in the year 1901 and as it is over 110 years young and it keeps amazing time as it is that well serviced and timed! The 17 jewels are all in gold screw in settings and it is adjusted at the factory as written on the movement. This is a coin (.800) silver case with a stunning solid gold inlay of a choo choo train on the back not worn like most cases and I took the best shot possible so you can see the detail of the train. This case is signed "Century" and the case serial number is 60,250. A swing out case is simply said...You unscrew the bezel and pull the crown out, Then below at the 6 position there is a lip, put a small knife into it and gently pull it out and the movement will "swing out". Well priced and ready to go with a pouch no charge to you ;-)
