STOCK NUMBER # HAMILTON3090-----I have for sale a slim elegant USA made Hamilton pocket watch and the case is signed "Hamilton" on the inside of the back of this gold filled case. Across this Hamilton is only 46mm wide. The serial number for this case is H-077448. This is a stem wind and a stem set movement and it is a model 917 and a 12 size by American standards. The serial number for this 17 cleaned jewel movement is X-22523 and it is adjusted with 3 positions so it is a good solid quality piece. This Lancaster PA movement from Hamilton was produced in the 1930's era. The crystal is glass and perfect and the hands original to this piece. The dial is a Hamilton factory original dial and in excellent condition.

WALTHAM  23 JEWEL VANGUARD WALTHAM SIGNED SALESMAN SAMPLE CASE

STOCK NUMBER # WALTHAM8850------Here is a family heirloom for sure. I have for sale a Waltham signed , dial, movement and rare salesman sample case signed" Waltham Watch  Co". This is a 16 size movement stem wind and lever set at the 2 position. When you take off the bezel you pull out the little lever and the hands will change. The dial is enamel with repairs to it but not earth shattering at all. The dial is even signed "Vanguard 23 jewels". The hands are large spade railroad indeed. The movement is a 1908 caliber with 23 jewels in raised solid gold jewel settings and they have been tested and cleaned to perfection. The barrel bridge has on it "5 positions" so it is a genuine railroad pocket watch and of coarse it is fully serviced. The serial number for this Vanguard is 23,052,767 which tells me this is an American made gem was produced in the year 1920. A note of interest, if you notice even the center wheel is solid gold which tells you this is top shelf quality and the pallat Bridge has a cover of solid gold right by the balance wheel. On a closing note the fob is included and there is no personal engraving on this case (had to say it!!!)

18 KARAT SOLID GOLD BAR STYLE POCKET WATCH AND SERVICED

STOCK NUMBER # BB4545-7------This is a super clean 1880's pocket watch unsigned and from Switzerland with 8 cleaned Rubies. The case is 18 karat solid gold with an inner cuvette. Even the dial is 18 karat gold! This case across is 44mm. The dial is in original condition. Please notice the chain is gold filled The hands are Spade style and original to this piece. The case does have a serial number and it is 24235 and signed 18 K. The movement is very cleaned and I serviced this piece recently and it ticks up a storm. This is a Swiss made cylinder escapement movement and they were never accurate time keepers but they replaced the bulky chain fuse's and verge escapement so it is slim and elegant in style and can be worn in a pants or vest pocket with ease.  A  pouch will be added with this piece no charge. To wind this pocket watch you put a key (indeed the key is  included) into the top slot on the back of the case and when you turn the key it winds up the mainspring. Then to change the hands you put the key into the center slot and when you turn the key it changes the hands. On a closing note I have tested this case and it is 18 karat gold so no worries at all

HAMILTON  MODEL 931 HUNTER CASE SIZE 18 AND SERVICED

STOCK NUMBER # HAMILTON3040-----Here we have a private label Hamilton signed movement and look at the early serial number! under 26,000!.  This is an 18 size by American standards and it is a crown wind and a lever set at the 5 position. This case is gold filled and quite clean with wear but not bad at all. This USA made case serial number is 51018 and again it is gold filled. The case across is a touch under 60mm and with the bow down it is 75mm long. This is a beefy size pocket watch indeed. The crystal is glass but I took it out so you can get a true view of the dial which is enamel and original to this piece and in lovely excellent condition and double sunk. The movement reads clearly Farmer's City Ill and it is with 16 cleaned jewels. This movement was indeed and in fact made by the Hamilton watch factories in the year 1897 as the serial number tells me so. Hamilton hunter case pocket watches are not common  at all and to find one with a good original dial and serviced ? even harder to seek and find but of coarse here at Darlor we have such the beast for you!.

HAMILTON 16 SIZE MODEL 992B GOLD FILLED CASE

STOCK NUMBER # HAMILTON3000-----This is one heck of a serviced Hamilton pocket watch. This is a 16 size movement by American standards and it is a lever set and stem wind. The case across is 50mm and with the bow down it is 60mm long. The case is  gold filled and in quite nice condition. The case is signed "Philadelphia Watch Case" and the serial number is 4,655,043. This is the Hamilton 992B movement and you can just smell how clean it is  but please don't stick your nose to the screen!!!. The serial number for this movement is C197180 and it is timed with 6 positions. There are 21 fine jewels to this piece and a new Hamilton (only) main spring was just installed by yours truly and it runs up a storm. The year of production for this piece is 1942.  This piece was produced at the Hamilton Lancaster PA factories and a remarkable area rich with history (I was just there).  I have to tell you this enamel dial is near perfect and it is double sunk. I have the bezel off while I write all this stuff down and the edge of this dial is perfect not a chip not a flaw, even the Queen of England would give her nod of approval and Elton John and George Michaels as well (sorry Elton for putting you with G Michaels in the same sentence and I won't leave out Boy George!)

In all seriousness, this is a great piece of American history and it really is a super clean piece that will go forever with a little T.L.C over the years.

E. HOWARD GOLD FILLED SIZE 12 POCKET WATCH FULLY SERVICED

This is a nice slim elegant size pocket watch that can be worn in a vest or suit pants pocket. The case is god filled and it is 47mm across and with the bow down it is 55mm long.  The dial is an enamel Howard dial and quite clean indeed. the hands are original and the hands are original to this serviced Howard USA made pocket watch. The case serial number is 1,009,778 and made for the Howard Watch company by Crescent Case Mfg in the United States. The movement is a nice nickel damaskeened finished Howard and it is a 12 size stem wind and stem set model. there are 17 cleaned jewels to this piece and adjusted with 3 positions. the movement serial number is 1,290,549 which tells me this Howard was produced in the year  1915. This is a good solid time keeper and it is USA.

TIFFANY 18 KARAT SOLID GOLD NEAR MINT CONDITION HUNTER CASE!
 

STOCK NUMBER # TIFFANY2000------The year is 1905 and in this year, this genuine Tiffany 18 karat solid gold pendant pocket watch was produced. This is a perfect size to wear around the neck of a lady with a nice gold chain as the case is only 37mm across and about 8mm in height. Push the crown down and the case cover pops open to reveal the dial which is enamel and signed Tiffany. The case is signed Tiffany and the movement is signed Tiffany so no worries here at all as this is the genuine item. I have tested this tiffany 18K case in a few spots. The dial I will tell you is M>I>N>T not a flaw. The movement is cleaned and serviced to perfection by myself. There are 17 jewels to this tiffany and the movement serial number is 1,725,758. ELGIN  "H .H. TAYLOR " KEY WIND, PINNED DIAL! HUNTER MODEL

STOCK NUMBER # ELGIN3500------This is a not so easy to find serviced Elgin pocket watch. The dial has three feet that sink into the movement and 99.99 % of the time there are screws on the side of the movement that screw into the movement and touch the feet of the dial to hold the enamel dial in place BUT! this one is rare as the feet have little holes in them and go through the movement and on the other side of the dial plate you can just see the holes in the feet and a small stud is placed into these holes to keep the dial down nice a snug. This again is not common as well as the regulator is an Elgin wonder!. The case is a gold filled case is nice clean condition and the serial number is 2243636-C. Across this gold filled case is 58mm. When you push down the crown the lid "pops" right open. The dial is extra clean and the hands are to spank your momma for! as they are just simply beautiful!. The crystal is glass as I can't stand cheap plastic on such fine little American know how's!. The movement is fully cleaned , timed and oiled to perfection. This is an 18 size stem wind and lever set at the 5 position.. The jewel count for this H. H. Taylor Elgin pocket watch is 15 jewels and the movement serial number is a low 1,058,737. The year of production for this amazing early Elgin is 1882and i can even date his piece by my historical Horological books to the month of June!

WALTHAM  "ELLERY MODEL " KEY WIND, MINT DIAL!!!!!

STOCK NUMBER # WALTHAM1988------The year of production for this Waltham Ellery key wind is 1873 and the dial is mint not a flaw, I could hardly believe my eyes where I popped off the glass and had the dial in my hand and it was and still is flawless. This is a rare treat for nay true pocket watch collector looking for the perfect piece. I have for sale such an item right here. This is a silveroid case and it is signed . The serial number for this case is 537423-3. This is an open face pocket watch and produced at the Waltham factories near Boston Mass. The dial again is mint and it is "pinned" into this movement which tells you it is the read deal and not forged or faked. The movement is a Waltham 18 size 1857 model and it is a key wind from the back and a key set from the front. This piece has been cleaned properly so no worries to you at all. The hands are excellent and the glass crystal is without a mark at all. This case across is 58mm and with the bow down it is 75mm long. The movement serial number is 676,282 and there are 15 jewels to this Ellery Model Waltham pocket watch. The all over condition for this 134 year old American made Waltham is amazing and it runs like day one.

"IWC" INTERNATIONAL WATCH , STERLING SILVER AND SERVICED

STOCK NUMBER # IWC9090-----Gold medal winner and producers of the famous "Schaffhausen" series wrist and pocket watches that are in high demand and second to none!. This case is pure silver and signed on the back side of the inner cuvette as well it reads " International Watch".  The crystal is glass and the hands are solid 10 karat gold!. The case is 55mm wide and without the bow but with the crown it is 67mm long. The dial is enamel and made for this model. There are lines at the 4:30 area but not earth shattering at all. The movement is with 15 jewels and it is a crown wind and pendant set as you can see the little button at the one position. If you push this button in the hands will turn when you turn the crown. This piece was produced at the  Swiss factories and the era is aprox 1905. Remember it has been fully serviced and keeps great time. IWC for less than a grand ??? believe!.

WALTHAM  23 JEWELS VANGUARD & SILVEROID CASE, MINT DIAL!!!!!

STOCK NUMBER # WALTHAM2200------I have for sale a fully restored and serviced genuine Vanguard Waltham pocket watch with 23 pressed jewels and a stunning SILVEROID case with a mirror finish back. The crystal is glass not plastic. The case across is 55mm wide and with the crown but the bow down it is 65mm long. This case is signed "Keystone Watch Case" and the serial number is 594114. The dial is original and it does read 23 jewels Vanguard. I can tell you this dial is perfect without any flaws minty I kid you not and it is enamel and not a repro. In other words this is the correct dial for this piece. The movement is super clean and it is indeed a military 23 jewel pressed in Waltham 16 size pocket watch. This is a stem wind and a lever set from the 11 position. The serial number for this movement is 30,840,047 which tells me it was produced in Waltham Mass in the year 1940. This is a 6 position adjusted movement and as I write this description the balance is in perfect beat and it truly is a great American made invention and it keeps awesome time like a genuine railroad should. A wonderful high end piece from the USA and it keeps excellent time indeed!.
